so i missed out on Linsanity (ouch). whatever, it happened. but then, in september ish. scottmizuno.com and i bet on obama to win the election. and i mentioned to him that if we win, we should use our winnings to buy an expensive colin kaepernick rookie card (in the $200-300 range). scott said something like no thanks, i'll pass. ummm...now look what happened. the other day, i just haaaad to look on ebay, rookie cards that were selling for $5 are now selling for over $70ish. i can't even bring myself to search for the more expensive rookie cards, my guess is that they are selling in the $1500 range. boom. ok fine, i missed out. 0 for 2.
BUT, i'm going to hit one time. i'm thinking orlando johnson, jimmer, tebow or aj jenkins. OJ was a 2nd round pick, ucsb grad, and now plays for the pacers. tebowmania might come back right? jimmer is exciting and has a good story right? and AJ, first round pick, wide receiver. he'll likely play with kaep for the next 5-10years. harbaugh never misses right?
