reem

.had a very unpleasant subway experience the other day.

i only go to subway once every other month now. for some reason, it grosses me out, i ate way too much back in 2010-2011. i went with the standard footlong sweet onion chicken teriyaki on honey out bread, provolone, toasted, blah blah blah. half way into my first half of the footlong, i look into my sandwich, and see that. raw chicken, gross.

i know shit happens, i didn't want to make thaaaat big of a deal about it. but i wanted to tell the sandwich artists in case some of the other chicken was raw. i show the subway guy. and he gives me this asshole attitude saying stuff like "we receive the chicken cooked, and all we do is heat it up" "there's nothing i can do" "i'll get back to you" "if you want to complain, then go complain". all i wanted was for him to say something like he'll talk to the manager about it, that's unacceptable, and offer me a replacement sandwich. he neverrrr even offered to replace the sandwich.

the customer service was horrible. so i think i'm going email subway and tell them what happened. it's just crazy that employees would act that way, in 2013! what if i had 100,000 twitter followers?

  1. can't forget about the homeless man that kept blowing his nose with his hands and touching the door. multiple times. AND they had no seats. never going there AGAIN. subway fail.
