Last year’s best poker reality show was “Two Months Two Million” which followed 4 online poker players trying to reach a goal of making $2 million in 2 months. This summer, it’s 6th Street: Life After the River. It’s a reality show following the life of Main Event Champ, Joe Cada. He is only 21 years old, but binked $8.5 million for his win in November. The interesting part of the show is that they started filming before he won. The viewers will get to see the transformation from an average 21-year old, into a Main Event Champion. It really does seem like an Entourage-type show for poker players. The girlfriend looks like a complete bitchh, should be very entertaining.
Here’s the trailer.
