i've been in a very reflective mood recently
at the start of the year, i had 4 watches. 2 nixon watches (one black and one brown), a nicer Raymond Weil watch, and a cheaper boccia watch. earlier in the year, i misplaced my black nixon watch. i thought it would someday turn up, but it never did.  the cheaper one's battery died about 3 months ago and i haven't got the battery replaced. and in late september i misplaced the brown nixon watch. i thought that i would find it when i moved out of my last apartment, nope

so i'm down to this last one. and unfortunately, i think its inevitable that i lose it. i'm going to do everything i can to avoid it, but i just don't think i can keep dodging the bullets. i'm already trying to prepare myself. it's going to happen, so why act surprised when it does. it's ok, it's been real. i hope that whoever finds it, enjoys it. and i'll move on

little fun fact: in the past 4 years, i've received TWO Watch Cases/Holders as gifts. where are the TWO watch cases/holders now?  no idea
